Day 0 - Friday

You'll be meeting our team at the Meeting points & Pickup time mentioned above. Those who have Opted for "Without Bus Pickup" option will be travelling traveling by their own vehicle have to meet our team at Hotel Three Star in Khargar at 11:50pm and follow our vehicle till Kaas.
Day 1 – Kaas Plateau, Boating & Waterfall Visit
- 07:00 AM – Arrival at the Base Village: We are expected to reach the base village by 7:00 AM. Once we arrive, you can freshen up and get ready for the day at our breakfast point.
- Introduction & Briefing: After everyone is freshened up, we will have a short introduction and briefing covering the plan and important instructions for the day.
- Kaas Plateau / Kaas Pathar: We will then drive for approximately 20 minutes to reach Kaas Plateau, also known as Kaas Pathar.
- Explore Kaas Plateau: Spend some relaxed time exploring the beautiful meadows of Kaas Plateau, famous for its seasonal flowers, grasslands and scenic landscapes. This is a nature exploration experience and does not involve trekking. Take your time to walk around, enjoy the surroundings and capture some memorable photographs.
- 12:00 PM – Lunch & Rest: Around noon, we will head towards our campsite, where a freshly prepared lunch will be served by the local hosts. After lunch, you can take some time to relax and recharge before we continue with the day's activities.
- Boating Experience: Once everyone is ready, we will head out for a peaceful boating experience. Enjoy the calm surroundings, spend some time on the water and capture photographs along the way.
- Waterfall Visit: After boating, we will visit a nearby waterfall surrounded by nature. Depending on the weather, water levels and safety conditions, you may be able to enter the water. Alternatively, you can simply relax by the waterfall and enjoy the scenic surroundings.
- Evening at the Campsite: After spending time at the waterfall, we will return to the campsite by boat. The evening will be all about unwinding and spending time together, with dinner, group games, music and conversations with fellow travellers.
- Overnight Stay: We will call it an early night as we have an early start the following morning. Accommodation will be in tents near the lake, with washroom facilities available at the campsite.
Day 2 – Sajjangad Fort, Baramotachi Vihir & Return to Mumbai
- 06:00 AM – Wake-Up Call: We will start the day early at 6:00 AM so that we can comfortably cover the day's sightseeing before beginning our journey back to Mumbai.
- 07:00 AM – Breakfast & Departure: After breakfast, we will leave for Sajjangad Fort, one of the prominent historical and spiritual attractions in the Satara region.
- Sajjangad Fort: We will drive up to the base of the fort, from where we will climb a flight of steps for approximately 15–20 minutes to reach the top.
- Explore the Fort: Spend some time exploring Sajjangad, taking in the panoramic views from the hilltop and learning about the fort's historical and spiritual significance.
- Baramotachi Vihir: After exploring Sajjangad, we will continue towards Baramotachi Vihir, a unique heritage attraction in the Satara region. We will spend some time exploring the site and taking in its surroundings.
- 01:00 PM – Lunch: After completing the day's sightseeing, we will stop at a local hotel for lunch before starting our return journey to Mumbai.
- Return Journey: Post lunch, we will begin our drive back to Mumbai.
- 11:00 PM – Expected Arrival in Mumbai: We expect to reach Mumbai at approximately 11:00 PM. The actual arrival time may vary depending on traffic and road conditions.

Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling is free of charge if requested at least 120 hours prior to the event.
