Day 1: The Pre-Holi Warmup & DJ Night - 02nd March 2026
- 05:00 PM: Check into the resort. Freshen up
- You can spend time at the pool side or spend some time on Indoor Games like: Table Tennis, Carrom, Ludo, Chess and Outdoor Games: Cricket, Badminton, Volley ball, and Football.
- You can even rest for a while.
- Join us for Games and DJ night around 08:00 pm
- Followed by Buffet Dinner (Veg & Non-Veg).
- Gather around the Bonfire, we would also have Holika Dahan Pooja at night.
- Pre-Holi party continues with games and music, or just chill poolside under the stars.
Day 2: THE MAIN EVENT – Pool Party & Color Blast 03rd March 2026
- 09:00 AM: Fuel up with breakfast.
- Fun Holi Party begins!!
- Dive into the pool, the DJ drops the biggest Holi anthems.
- Rain Dance & Organic Colors and Thandai
- Have your afternoon Lunch, post this you can rest or spend some time in the pool.
- 04:00 PM: High Tea, group photos, and checkout with a heart full of colors and a phone full of reels
Note: The People who have Booked for 1 day event their check in starts at 9 am in the morning. Common space would be allocated for you to keep your luggage. You can request check in as per your Date preference

Kids Charges
- Kids below 5 are free of cost, Charges for 5 - 10 would be 50% of the Adult charges, this cost is applied if the kids don't need extra bed and can accommodate in the space provided for adult. If your kid requires extra space, you need to get Adult ticket booked.
- Pickup if needed for kids above 5 year old would be 300
General Updates:
Pool Safety: You must shower and wash off all colors before entering the swimming pool. Entering the pool with colors is strictly prohibited to keep the water clean.
Behavior: This is a family-friendly event. Any misbehavior will lead to immediate removal from the venue.
Travel: Pickup and drop facilities from Neral Station are available on request (Add-on).
BYOB: Please carry your own booze, since this is a event open for all we expect people to behave in the public space.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 90% refund if canceled at least 20 days before the event.
- 75% refund if canceled at least 15 days before the event.
- 50% refund if canceled at least 10 days before the event.

No refund if canceled less than 10 days before the event date and time.
No refund will be provided if a participant:
- Chooses to drop out,
- Misses the pickup,
- Fails to reach the meeting point at the scheduled date and time.
If the event is canceled by the organizers, participants may either:
- Transfer their booking to another event or date, or
- Opt for a 100% refund.
Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling is free of charge if requested at least 5 Days 120 hours prior to the event.
- Requests made within 5 Days 120 hours of the event will be treated as cancellations under the applicable refund policy.
We kindly request participants to respect the cancellation timelines. The purpose of this policy is to protect both participants and organizers from financial losses due to unforeseen circumstances.
If the event is canceled due to a medical or personal emergency within the organizing team, participants will not incur any financial loss. Similarly, in case of a medical or personal emergency on the participant’s end, the organizers are protected from financial loss under the above policy.
