These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Mumbai Travel Club website and all participants booking or attending any tour, trek, activity, or experience organized or promoted by Mumbai Travel Club.

By accessing the website or making a booking, you agree to all terms mentioned below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• Use of this website or booking any event means full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

• If you do not agree, you must not use the website or book any event.

• You confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into this agreement.

2. Event Details Page is Final Authority

• Every tour, trek, activity, or experience has its own Event Details Page.

• The Event Details Page includes, but is not limited to:

  • Cancellation Policy

  • Rescheduling Policy

  • Rules and Regulations

  • Important Points to Note

  • Eligibility, fitness, and participation requirements

• Participants must check the Event Details Page carefully before booking.

• Mumbai Travel Club is not responsible if a participant fails to read or understand the Event Details Page.

3. Bookings and Payments

• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of payment as mentioned on the Event Details Page.

• A booking is not transferable unless clearly stated for a specific event on the Event Details Page.

• Prices, inclusions, and exclusions mentioned on the Event Details Page are binding.

• Verbal or written assurances outside the Event Details Page are not valid.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

• There is no common cancellation or rescheduling policy for all events.

• Each event has its own Cancellation Policy and Rescheduling Policy mentioned on the Event Details Page.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed strictly as per the Event Details Page.

• No claims will be entertained outside the stated policies.

5. Health, Fitness, and Personal Responsibility

• Participation is entirely at the participant’s own risk.

• It is the participant’s duty to disclose all medical conditions, allergies, injuries, physical limitations, or mental health concerns before booking or participating.

• Mumbai Travel Club is not required to ask participants about medical or personal conditions.

• Failure to disclose relevant information that later leads to injury, illness, loss, or any other issue will be the sole responsibility of the participant.

• Mumbai Travel Club will not be liable for any consequences arising from non-disclosure or false information.

6. Conduct, Discipline, and Removal

• Participants must follow instructions given by event leaders, coordinators, or guides at all times.

• Any unsafe behavior, misconduct, or rule violation mentioned on the Event Details Page can result in immediate removal from the event.

• No refund or compensation will be provided in such cases.

7. Changes, Delays, or Cancellations by Organizer

• Mumbai Travel Club reserves the right to modify, delay, reschedule, or cancel any event due to weather conditions, safety issues, government rules, or unavoidable situations.

• Any action taken will be as per the Event Details Page.

8. Third-Party Vendors and Services

• Services such as railway travel, buses, cabs, taxis, hotels, stays, equipment rentals, or local operators may be provided by third-party vendors.

• Mumbai Travel Club only acts as a coordinator and is not liable for acts, omissions, delays, accidents, losses, or service failures of third-party vendors.

• Railways, bus operators, cab providers, taxi services, hotels, and other vendors are solely responsible for their own services.

• Any dispute related to third-party services must be taken up directly with the respective vendor.

9. Photography and Media Usage

• Photos and videos taken during events may be used for marketing, website content, and social media.

• If a participant does not wish to be featured, they must inform Mumbai Travel Club in writing before the event starts.

10. Website Information Disclaimer

• Information on the website is provided in good faith.

• Mumbai Travel Club is not liable for typographical errors, temporary inaccuracies, or changes not yet updated on the website.

11. Privacy Policy

• Personal data is collected and used as per our Privacy Policy.

• Users must review the Privacy Policy page to understand data handling practices.

12. Legal Jurisdiction

• All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.

• Indian laws shall apply in all cases.

13. Final Binding Clause

• The Event Details Page, along with these Terms and Conditions, forms the complete and final agreement.

• No claims, assumptions, or interpretations beyond what is written on the Event Details Page will be accepted.

14. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

• Mumbai Travel Club will not pay compensation, reimburse expenses, or cover any loss if an event is changed, delayed, or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control.

• This applies even if the change happens after booking confirmation.

• Circumstances beyond our control include events that we could not foresee or avoid despite taking reasonable care.

• These may include, but are not limited to:

  • War or threat of war

  • Terrorist activity

  • Civil unrest or strikes

  • Epidemics or pandemics

  • Natural or nuclear disasters

  • Airport, road, or railway closures

  • Location or Place being closed.

  • Bad weather or unsafe conditions

• In such cases, Mumbai Travel Club will act as per what is mentioned on the Event Details Page and/or as deemed fit as per given situation and circumstances.

15. Your Responsibility During the Event

• You are fully responsible for your actions and behavior during the event.

• If your behavior:

  • Disturbs other participants or staff

  • Creates risk or danger to anyone

  • Damages property

  • Shows that you are unfit to continue the event
    then Mumbai Travel Club or any person in authority may end your participation immediately.

• In such cases:

  • Your booking will be terminated

  • You may be stopped from using accommodation, transport, or any other arrangements

  • No refund, compensation, or cost recovery will be provided

• At our discretion, you may be allowed to continue the event with additional conditions.

16. Personal Safety and Property Responsibility

• You are responsible for your own safety at all times.

• You are also responsible for the condition of the accommodation or property you occupy.

• Mumbai Travel Club is not responsible for accidents caused due to:

  • Careless or irresponsible behavior

  • Broken glass, crockery, bottles, or similar items left in an unsafe manner

• Any injury or damage resulting from such actions will be your responsibility.

17. Alcohol Consumption

• Alcohol consumption, if allowed, must be done responsibly.

• Mumbai Travel Club will not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or accident caused due to impaired judgment from alcohol.

• Any issue caused under the influence of alcohol will be treated as a violation of rules.

18. Damage to Property and Recovery of Costs

• You and your travelling party will be jointly and individually liable for:

  • Damage to accommodation

  • Furniture, equipment, or any other property

• You must report any breakage, defect, or damage immediately to the concerned authority.

• Mumbai Travel Club reserves the right to recover repair costs and legal expenses if required.

19. Diversions Caused by Participant Behavior

• If your behavior or the behavior of your travelling party causes:

  • Route changes

  • Transport diversions

  • Delays
    then you and your party will be jointly and individually liable for all costs arising from such diversion.

• Mumbai Travel Club is not responsible for:

  • Behavior of other guests

  • Facilities or services withdrawn due to actions of other participants

20. Complaints and Grievances

• If you face any issue during the event, you must report it immediately to:

  • The concerned service provider, or

  • The tour leader or event representative

• If the issue is not resolved, you must contact Mumbai Travel Club using the Email ID or Phone Number mentioned on the website.

• No refund requests will be accepted after the event ends.
