Charges

♦ Bring your own cycle: Rs. 300.00
(Participants need to bring their own cycle to participate in the cycling event)

♦ With Rented Cycle: Rs. 750.00
(Participants get to rent a cycle to participate in the cycling event)

NOTE: Limited slots are available, Booking needs to be done well in advance.  Last min booking is not allowed.  

Booking Process

To book Midnight cycling in Mumbai, click on the Book Now button to make payment. Once the payment is manually verified at our end, our team will get in touch with you on WhatsApp regarding KYC form submission. This event is conducted on Friday and Saturday night. Manual confirmation will be done during working hours Mon-Fri between 11am to 7pm only.

Itinerary

Reporting time: 10:30 pm

  • 11:00 PM: Reporting - Meet the team at Colaba
  •  Pick your cycle and join us for the safety briefing.
  • The Journey Begins, pedal through the streets of mumbai
  • Experience the night life of mumbai
  • Cover Nariman Point - Girgaon Chowpatty - Marines Drive - Hanging Garden - CSMT - Flora Fountain - Asiatic Library - Gateway of India - Taj Hotel on the night cycling tour.
  • Sunrise Finish Conclude the ride at Colaba by 04:00 am
  • Return cycles and head home with a soul full of memories.

Things to Carry
  • Respect for Time-Management
  • Lot of enthusiasm and pleasant attitude. 
  • Identity Proof (Mandatory)
  • Riding gear and accessories (optional)
  • Water Bottle 1 Ltr (Mandatory)
  • Medicines that you might require (We do carry a general First Aid kit)
  • Chocolates or candy or things to munch on. You need to keep your tummy happy.
  • A Sling bag or backpack to carry your stuff 
  • Helmet (not compulsory, but recommended)
    Due to hygiene issue helmet not available on rent

Avoid bringing along:

  • Gold ornaments, precious items or fragile phone which might get damaged if you use it while cycling. 
  • Loose clothes that may get stuck in chain or tyre.
  • Cranky or grumpy behavior which might get roasted by us.
Important Points to Note
  • Clothing: Comfortable active wear is recommended. Avoid loose ethnic wear or skirts.
  • Mandatory ID: Please carry a soft copy of your Aadhar/Driving License.
  • Age limit: 15 to 55 years
    (Minors must be accompanied by a guardian for the event).

Rules and Policies

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 90% refund if canceled at least 15 days (360+ hours) before the event.
  • 75% refund if canceled at least 10 days (240+ hours) before the event.
  • 50% refund if canceled at least 5 days (120+ hours) before the event.

  • No refund if canceled less than 5 days (under 120 hours) before the event date and time.

No refund will be provided if a participant:

  • Chooses to drop out,
  • Fails to reach the meeting point at the scheduled date and time.

If the event is canceled by the organizers, participants may either:

  • Transfer their booking to another event or date, or
  • Opt for a 100% refund.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is free of charge if requested at least 120 hours prior to the event.
  • Requests made within 120 hours of the event will be treated as cancellations under the applicable refund policy.

We kindly request participants to respect the cancellation timelines. The purpose of this policy is to protect both participants and organizers from financial losses due to unforeseen circumstances.

If the event is canceled due to a medical or personal emergency within the organizing team, participants will not incur any financial loss. Similarly, in case of a medical or personal emergency on the participant’s end, the organizers are protected from financial loss under the above policy.
